I just want to take a moment to tell you what an inspiration and mentor you've been to me in these last 5 years. Just to name a few trials and lessons in that time for me: perimenopause, the loss of my last living Grandma, a month later my mom's angiosarcoma dx, temp moving across country to care for mom, 7 months later my mom's passing, resuming life as an adult orphan, moving across country to a state I've never been and know not one person, actual menopause, physical health issues, the reconnection with my step father and step siblings, followed by his passing (tumultuous fun,) facing the scourge of addiction in my family.
Those times were anything but fun. But you helped me to take care of myself spiritually and physically. I was able to pour from my own cup, and be there for others as well as myself. You shared wisdom that I needed to navigate EVERY single one of those things, with GRACE.
